Effective January 1, 2013, the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans implemented a universal continuing professional education (CPE) requirement for all holders of the CEBS credential. To be recognized as CPE compliant, a CEBS graduate must attest to meeting 30 hours of continuing education credit every two years. (It should be noted that being CPE compliant is not mandatory to retain one's CEBS designation.) All of our chapter education sessions are eligible for CPE credit.
